DEMS PUSHING SECRET ABORTION CLINICS IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Many local Vegas parents are deeply concerned about Clark County School Board President Irene Cepeda (District D) supporting secret abortion referrals in Clark County Public Schools after California based Norwalk-LaMirada Unified School District announced their plans. 360 News reached out to President Cepeda to ask her about CCSD offering abortion services and or referrals inside our local public schools. She refused to deny it.

It all started this week when Norwalk-LaMirada Unified School District announced they’ll vote Monday to approve Planned Parenthood opening a clinic right inside John Glenn High School in Norwalk. Following the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, Dems across the country have shifted into overdrive to open more abortion clinics across the country.

According to news reports,

The Norwalk High School Planned Parenthood won’t be offering in-house Abortions and gender-affirming hormone therapy on-campus site, (for now) but clinic staff will be permitted to make referrals for abortions and gender-affirming hormone therapy without parental consent to outside Planned Parenthood Centers “for services not offered” at the school.

But the clinic will offer to write prescriptions and dispense pharmaceuticals, including contraceptives, and can provide the insertion of non-surgical long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCS), including IUDs, according to the proposal.

If approved, the contract will last a total of five years, when it will need board approval again and every five years after that.

The proposed Planned Parent Clinic has drawn so much fire from parents the Norwalk-LaMirada Unified School may delay their vote for now.

Many Dems here in Clark County also support abortions without parental consent and in fact a parental notification law passed in 1985 in the Nevada Legislature had a permanent injunction imposed by the 9th Circuit of appeals Federal Court in 1985 citing Roe v. Wade.

After Republicans split their votes in the recent Clark County School Board races giving Dems victories in all three seats, Parent groups are deeply worried about gender hormone therapies and abortions offered here in Clark County Public schools as well without parental consent. Even if they don’t offer abortions inside our public schools they can offer secret referrals without parental notifications.
