NYE COUNTY COMMISSIONER FLIPS HER SUPPORT TO RYAN BUNDY AFTER LAXALT REFUSES TO SUPPORT DENNIS HOF

After Adam Laxalt and the Republican Assembly Caucus refused to endorse and support Dennis Hof, the duly elected Republican Assembly nominee for District 36, Nye County Commissioner Donna Cox just announced that today she is withdrawing her support for Adam Laxalt and endorsing Ryan Bundy for Governor of Nevada.

In a press release Cox said

“After the Republican Candidate for Nevada Governor Adam Laxalt, who I supported, issued a statement, refusing to support the voters of Nye County who spoke loud and clear that they want Dennis Hof for Assembly District 36, I have decided to withdraw my support for Adam Laxalt and endorse Ryan Bundy for Governor of Nevada. I have seen Ryan Bundy and his family stand up to the Federal Government with courage and conviction. And while Ryan and others were stuck in the CCA Detention Prison here in Nye County for 2 years, Adam Laxalt didn’t raise a finger to help them.

Laxalt hasn’t raised a finger to help us in Nye County to deal with efforts by some to steal our water. Now Laxalt refuses to stand with the people of Nye County who voted with Dennis Hof. Outrageous!

I am proud to stand up and stand by Ryan Bundy for Nevada Governor. I will work tireless to help Ryan Bundy win Nye County in the General Election this fall. Ryan Bundy is the only person running for Governor who I know will stand up for the people of Nye County and Nevada.”

Donna Cox will stand with Ryan Bundy today and issue further statements on the issue.

Donna Cox will be holding a press conference Monday, June 18, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. to announce her endorsement of Ryan Bundy for Governor at the Nye County Administration Complex, 2100 E. Walt Williams Drive #100, Pahrump, NV. (just off of Hwy. 160 and Calvada Blvd.).
