2000 MULES RAISING ALARMS ABOUT UNSECURED CLARK COUNTY ELECTION DROP BOXES

2000 MULES RAISING ALARMS ABOUT UNSECURED CLARK COUNTY ELECTION DROP BOXES

Just months before the 2020 election, Sisolak and the Democrat controlled Legislature held a special session to make mail in ballots and ballot harvesting legal in Nevada. As seen in 2000 mules, both were illegal until August 2020. 2000 Mules showed ballot harvesting used drop boxes unlawfully in several states where that practice was still illegal including Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Georgia. Clark County elections department in 2020, and still this year, have unmanned drop boxes scattered around town where anyone can drop hundreds of mail in ballots without a time or date stamp.

On the night of November 3, 2020, then Republican State Senate Candidate, April Becker, was up by over 800 votes in her State Senate race against Democrat State Senator Nicole Cannizzaro, the majority leader who passed the mail-in-ballot scheme, literally in the middle of the night at the special session in August. But by Thursday, out of some 67,000 votes cast in Nevada State Senate District 6, Cannizzaro was up by 600 votes, most of which came in after election day Tuesday Nov. 3, 2020. Date and time stamps are not required when mail-in-ballots are dropped in one of many Clark County unmanned drop boxes across the valley. At the end of the day, our system relies on people to be honest and we know they aren’t all honest.

April Becker’s attorney filed a Lawsuit seeking a new election based on multiple unexplained irregularities in her election. April’s Writ outlined extensive corruption by Joe Gloria and the Democrats in the county elections department, including;#1. Violating federal and state election laws by failing to remove thousands of inactive voters whose ballots were returned as undeliverable in the June primary.

  1. Violating federal and state election laws by failing to remove thousands of inactive voters whose ballots were returned as undeliverable in the June primary.

  2. Flooding the election results with votes from folks who don’t live in the district anymore.

  3. Violating state law by mailing every active and inactive voter a ballot.

  4. Gloria’s egregious and illegal use of the Agillis mail ballot processing system in direct violation of Nevada Revised Statute 293B.063.

“No mechanical voting system may be used in this State unless it meets or exceeds the standards for voting systems established by the Federal Election Commission pursuant to federal law.”

April actually canvassed her district finding 57 votes cast by folks who moved away from the homes where the mail-in ballots were sent and the current residents claimed in sworn statements that they never received the mail-in ballots for the prior residents. So how did those ballots get counted? See April Becker’s 111 page Lawsuit.

But one of those nice smiling so called Republican Judges, Joe Hardy, Jr. dismissed her suit without even so much as a evidentiary hearing.
