NEWSMAXTV LAS VEGAS spoke with several legislators off the record and hasn’t found much support for the proposal. In addition, Rob Lauer interviewed Republican Assemblyman David Gardner who is publicly skeptical about the current proposal. (see video) In addition, the Special session will address a new tax to pay for additional Metro Police Officers and possibly fix the funding mechanism in the ESA law the NEvada Supreme Court just struck down last week. In other news, Donald Trump will be holding a rally at the Henderson Pavilion this Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. and Tim Kaine will be in town this Thursday. Trump and Clinton are currently dead even in recent polls in Nevada.
