VIRGINIA GOV. Youngkin SLAMS SISOLAK CAMPAIGNING FOR LOMBARDO

Today in Las Vegas, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin joined Sheriff Joe Lombardo for a town hall breakfast at Liberty Baptist Church. Sheriff Lombardo and Governor Youngkin both delivered remarks about the top issues facing Nevada, with an emphasis on the importance of fixing Nevada’s broken education system.

Younkin, who won his election in the solid Blue State of Virginia, was critical of Sisolak’s CV school lock downs, Nevada’s failing schools, now 50th in the country. Youngkin and Sheriff Lombardo attacked Sisolak for ending the education program, Read By Three, and promised to bring it back.

Then, Youngkin slammed Sisolak limiting church service capacity to 50 people while letting casinos operate at 50% during CV and praised Lombardo for refused to enforce his orders.

Last year, Pastor Jimmy Morales of the Lone Mountain Calvary Chapel in Las Vegas refused to bow to Gov. Sisolak’s CV19 emergency orders, continuing to hold in person no mask services on Sundays throughout the “pandemic.”

So one day after “someone” filed a complaint with the governor’s office, Pastor Morales got a call from the Attorney General’s office on behalf of Gov. Sisolak. He ordered the pastor to comply with Gov. Sisolak’s emergency orders to wear masks and to limit in-person Sunday services to 50 people or be arrested. By this time, June 2020, Gov. Sisolak had increased occupancy for casinos and strip clubs to 50% of their capacity. But Sisolak limited churches to 50 people regardless of their capacity, clearly discriminating against churches.

Pastor Jimmy refused to comply. So Sisolak ordered Metro Police to arrest Pastor Jimmy. But God had other plans for the pastor. The lieutenant at the local Metro Police precinct called the pastor to tell him his police refused to follow Gov. Sisolak’s orders to shut down the church and arrest the pastor.
