RECALL? CCSD BOARD VOTES TO FORCE 54K EMPLOYEES TO GET THE JAB

Over 100 people spoke at the Clark County School Board meeting last night that ended sometime after midnight. In the end the Board members refuses to listen to their constituents, teachers, staff or science and instead voted 5-1 to force all CCSD employees to get the JAB.

The passion in the room ran deep. All but one School Board member voted for the mandate. Danielle Ford was the sole no voted. Now folks are demanding accountability from the board members including possibly seeking a recall election. The Clark County Republican Party has already begun working on a recall effort against those who voted for the recall, called Parents First.

If you are a private sector employee the company cannot fire you for exercising your religious exemption and they cannot fire you after you serve them for “some other reason“.

If you are a public employee your job is considered your property under state law. So they cannot fire you for exercising your religious exemption. And you do not have to explain your religious faith to any HR person either if they ask.
