We issued a notice of intent to file a lawsuit to compel discovery five days ago. Sisolak’s office issued the following statement today: “Although the federal Dept. of Health and Human Services did announce its own investigation approximately a month ago, that fact alone has no correlation with whether or how long it takes for our office to secure and review all of the records you have requested. We are still in the process of gathering and reviewing the records you requested. At this time, our estimate remains that the records will be ready on August 31. Best, Kevin” In September 2021, Northshore Clinical Labs, a Nevada CV testing lab contractor who was recently bought out by convicted conman and felon, Hirsh Mohindra, hired Sisolak’s friends, Greg and Angelo Palivos. Their father, Peter Palivos, is a powerful juiced in contributor to Nevada Governor Gov. Steve Sisolak and NV Attorney General Aaron Ford. Northshore also hired former Assembly Speaker Richard Perkins’s firm to expedite Northshore’s Nevada Licensing. According to reports, Perkin’s partner, Mike Willden, a former director of the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services called the Governor’s office to help get Northshore’s lab testing licenses expedited. Willden lobbied Sisolak’s chief of staff, Yvanna Cancela, who pressured the director of the state’s pandemic response, who pressured the head of the state’s licensing bureau, Cody Phinney. She in turn moved up its inspection of Northshore’s Nevada headquarters in Las Vegas over the objections of Inspector Bradley Waples. Waples claims he was allegedly pressured to move Northshore to the head of the line under protest. Following Northshore’s approval, Nevada government agencies including the Nevada Universities, public schools and Government employees were required to get weekly CV testing. Governor Sisolak then required regular testing for student-athletes, coaches and others participating in school activities. Vaccine mandates required unvaccinated employees across the state to get tested weekly. Northshore all of a sudden had thousands of new customers who needed weekly testing even without a surge of infections. And for each person, Northshore was paid by the Feds $165 and $260 for administering the two tests claiming they were uninsured. Northshore pocketed $165 Million according to federal reports. But Northshore’s testing results at the University of Nevada Reno drew the attention of the Director of the student health center, Dr. Cheryl Hug-English who ran her own investigation into Northshore testing with the state lab. And she discovered that more than 96% of the PCR results from the Nevada State lab that came back positive, Northshore reported as negative. Now whistle blower, Andrew Gorzalski, Nevada state lab’s molecular supervisor, is claiming that: “Northshore’s COVID-19 tests missed 96% of positive cases has now suggested that Northshore never even ran the tests.” According to a May 17th email obtained by ProPublica, Federal Special Agent Peter Theiler with the Inspector General’s Office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said he plans to subpoena documents from Northshore, Nevada health officials and from Governor Sisolak. Two weeks ago, 360 News served the Governor’s office with an open records request for documents and communications related to the scandal. And today Sisolak refused to hand over the requested docs. It’s impossible to believe that Sisolak’s office has not secured and reviewed the requested documents over a month after Federal Investigators gave notice of their own investigation. The Governor’s official response to 360 News’ open records request: “The Governor’s Office is in receipt of your request for records dated June 6, 2022.
