After former New York City Mayor, Michael Bloomberg spent over $30 million of his own money crafting and ramming through radical gun control laws in Nevada, first, on the ballot in 2016, then in the 2019 legislature, one would think he would most certainly not skip the Nevada Presidential Caucus. But as of January 1, 2020, Bloomberg is officially off the Nevada Ballot.

His campaign claims they are focusing on bigger states like California. But he may be concerned about the recently filed lawsuit by NevadansCan challenging his Red Flag law. Now at least 2 county sheriffs, and many more, may be joining the fight in the coming weeks. Bloomberg may be concerned that the District Court Judge in Carson City may rule the law unconstitutional right around the time of Nevada’s Caucus, which is scheduled for Saturday, February 22, 2020.
