10,799 REASONS TO OPPOSE HARRY REID’S NV MAIL-IN-BALLOTS SCHEME

10,799 REASONS TO OPPOSE HARRY REID’S NV MAIL-IN-BALLOTS SCHEME

President Trump tweeted out a promise to sue Sisolak and Nevada Democrats in court to block their midnight unconstitutional Special Session bill making Mail-in-Ballot elections and ballot harvesting legal in Nevada. And Trump has lots of issues to bring to the table. Nevada Assembly Bill, AB4, codifies mail-in-ballot elections and ballot harvesting into law. As we saw in June’s all mail-in-ballot election, thousands of folks were disenfranchised by the process without any protections from CV19 as promised by our leaders.
Former Sen. Harry Reid’s political machine still runs Clark County and its election department. The same folks are there. The same politicians like Sisolak are still overseeing the system.
  1.  Nevada Assembly Bill 4 literally extents election day by 2 weeks, after November 3rd, in order to count mail-in-ballots. This provides partisans time to gather more votes to overcome any shortfall, giving the party in power the ability to steal the election. And with prepaid stamps printed on the mail in envelopes there won’t be a date stamp by the post office.
  2. AB4 literally steals the state constitutional powers over elections from the Nevada Secretary of State and gives them to the Governor during an emergency. Under Nevada’s Constitution, the Secretary of State’s Powers and Responsibilities include: overseeing elections, commercial recordings, securities, and notaries. She is duly elected by the entire state to administer and enforce the election laws. So she has the exclusive powers, not the Governor, to determine if an election should be changed to a mail in ballot election, if allowed by law.
  3. The system, especially in Clark County, lacks protections to insure a fair election. Less than two months ago, the state held an exclusive mail-in-ballot primary election. 10,799 voters’ mail-in-ballots were tossed in Clark County alone, out of some 490,000 votes cast statewide, because their signatures didn’t match or could not be confirmed according to Clark County Elections officials. To put that in perspective, Hillary Clinton only won the Nevada general election in 2016 by some 27,000 votes out of 1,125,385 total votes cast.
  4. 18,000 ballots were mailed to dead people in Clark County.
  5. Over 5,225 ballots were mailed to out of state addresses.
  6. Thousands of registered voters never received their ballots at all, including me. I had to walk in and request mine.
  7. The current Mail-in-Ballot procedures are a threat to public health. In June, voters were forced to wait up to 6 hours in lines at the Clark County Elections Department to turn in their ballots. So much for social distancing.
  8. Mail-in Ballots print the party registration on the outside of the envelopes. This gives partisans an opportunity to steal mail-in-ballots without ever opening them.
  9. The law restricts any outsiders from inspecting the mail-in-ballots received by the elections department ever.
  10. Clark County elections has disclosed that only some 30 non-citizens’ names were removed from the election voter registry.

Combine all of these with Harry Reid’s Political Machine running the Clark County Elections Department counting the votes. Local Harry Reid appointed Federal Judges who have already ruled that there’s no problem with Mail-in-Ballots.
